About company
My name is Sylwester Kraśnicki, and I have a Ph. D. in Earth Sciences specialising in hydrogeology. Since 2014 I run Lecturer Sylwester Kraśnicki.
My sole proprietorship specialises in preparing expert analyses on the impact of designed and existing investments on groundwater and surface water, such as open-cast mines, underground mines, power plants, farms, and waste landfills. In my expertise, I also analyse the influence of climate change on water resources, including the growing problems of water deficit and drought. I prepare maps using GIS technologies and sometimes carry out hydrogeological modelling.
In addition to my expertise, I conduct training, lectures, and webinars devoted to this issue. I started cooperating with non-governmental organizations from the Ecological Association EKO-UNIA and then expanded to other organizations, including Greenpeace, WWF, and Frank Bold. I also cooperate with Polish state institutions and local governments.
